It is sad to note that, today's small entrepreneur cannot afford specialist / professional services to enhance performance in the multiple critic aspects of sales, finance, purchase, personnel etc.
SIDAREC is engaged in continuous business training, counselling and follow-ups, which aim it at instilling business acumen among young people and community members. SIDAREC therefore provides packages that include but not limited to entrepreneurial skills, mentorship, linkages and capital. This Pillar also form a critical part of the organizational incentive packages where young people who volunteer their time in community service are rewarded with competent skills in business management and are also given small financial support to start a micro enterprise
